There are faster 911s, louder 911s and certainly newer 911s, but every now and then a Porsche comes along that simply feels right. This 2001 Carrera 4 is exactly that.
Finished in timeless Arctic Silver Metallic with a beautifully preserved Black Full Leather interior, this is a wonderfully original example of the iconic 996 generation. Open the door and you’re greeted by supple ruffled leather seats, a leather-trimmed dashboard, Alcantara headlining and the wonderfully period-correct Porsche Communication Management system complete with its original integrated telephone handset. Power comes from the legendary 3.4-litre naturally aspirated flat-six producing 300bhp and delivering the unmistakable soundtrack that only a proper Porsche boxer engine can provide.
