Sam – BMW M-Sport 2 Series – I found Indigo Autos on Autotrader because I was after a specific car, and there aren’t many of them around for sale. I’d had one of them through Cinch and was in my 2 week “test period” when I encountered issues with the car. Without going into it, I sent the car back because Cinch seemed uninterested to help. Fast forward 2 weeks and I’m talking on the phone with James about a car he had in stock. The difference in service, care and attention was huge! And refreshing. James even moved the car to his house for the test drive because it was closer to where I was coming from. The car was in amazing condition, he let me and my partner take it out on our own (very trusting) and was more than happy to have a conversation with us about the car and the buying process, answered all our questions. He went to the trouble of sending me every single piece of paperwork over email and came to pick me up from Loughborough train station after I’d got the train down from Leeds to pick up the car a few days later. James was more than happy to hold the car for me while I waited for my Cinch refund which helped me massively. I’ve now had the car almost a week and I’m absolutely loving it. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Indigo and can’t recommend them highly enough. This is the kind of business you just want to see do well because the used car buying industry is very much lacking this kind of independent while also positive experience. If they’ve got a car you want, go get it from them. You won’t regret it.
